Fawnskin is the quiet side of the lake. Great for relaxation even on busy weekends. Cheaper than Big Bear lakefront cabins, still walking distance to the lake, and only minutes from the ski resorts and downtown shopping. It's very quiet and totally peaceful!!!

We are only 1/4 mile off the main highway and walking distance to the lake. There are many great walks in the neighborhood and hiking trails nearby. Boat launches, Fawn Harbor Marina (rentals), Big Bear Discovery Center, Hiking trails, and jeep trails can all be found nearby on the north side of Big Bear Lake. The main Big Bear shopping and dining areas are only 10 minutes away on the south side of the lake.
